This program is meant to evoke transformation and change in your life! Through this program expect to explore, engage and completely immerse yourself for 10 weeks of your life into the alchemical teachings of Yoga. You will learn to access its inspired wisdom and share its gifts with others to facilitate positive transformation, vibrant health, and balance.
Each weekend will be full of learning, contemplations, inspiration and practice; both practice of the yoga techniques themselves and practice teaching the techniques to others. The training will cover a wide range of yoga techniques including yoga postures (asanas), breathing (pranayama), relaxation and meditations to calm the mind, history and philosophy, yogic lifestyles, contemplations to transform limiting tendencies to life affirming thought patterns, and the applications of clear principles of alignment to create safety, balance and freedom in your yoga poses. Anatomy and physiology will be addressed and applied in context while common mis-alignments and poses and actions to help balance these will be studied.

Who this trip is NOT for: people who want a vacation similar to a cruise, or Sandals on the Beach, or those of you wanting to get away to party and not wake up early for yoga. Alcohol is really not part of our experience here, one glass of wine or a bottle of beer at sunset is acceptable, but as yogis we typically don't drink. We are here to purify, reconnect to our bodies and nature, naturally. Also, those of you who need a moment to moment itinerary won't enjoy the trip- we have a plan, but its subject to change based on our transformation as a group, who is there and also going with the flow. Time is elastic in Bali, and sometimes not punctual. So if that bothers you, perhaps you would enjoy another type of trip.
We will experience 3-5 different places and terrains on the island.
You will arrange your flights to Denpasar and we will have a driver pick you up from the airport upon arrival. Stay inside the airport and do not go outside, look for the big sign saying THOY CREW!!

Pack for 14 nights in Bali. October is the month between rainy monsoon season and dry. Think passport/visa, swimwear, sarongs ( you can buy there of course), sunscreen, bug spray, yoga gear, something warm to wear at night, a wide brimmed hat, chapstick, a good book. All that aside, an open heart and a willingness to be open to the possibilities of what comes with clean diet and delving into the layers of yoga with a group of like minded individuals. Oh, and maybe something nice to wear if we decide to have a night out. Travel light.

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
