Working one-on-one with Jenna is a powerful and healing experience. In the intimacy of your own session and breath you will have the space for deep clearing and healing on a personal level.
You will be guided through breath exercises, meditations, and healing practices based on the science of yoga specific to your individual needs.
Setting an intention and making a commitment is part of the process of self empowerment and healing.
Jenna will encourage you to make real goals and together create a program to nurture and support the process.
Learn to face and release emotions, be in your body, move powerfully through transition and heal past pain in a way that encourages your sense of self and well being.
