Morning Intensives are open for all yoga practitioners, they do not need you to be advanced in your practice, although a basic practice is recommended.
Each session is 3 hours long and consists of about 1 hour Ceremony, intent setting, smoke blessing and music, and a 2 hour asana practice that will ignite every cell in your body.
This will not only shoft your yoga practice to something very aware and effective, but also help you re-align your life in a direction that makes you happy and proud.

Each morning starts at 8am sharp (better be there 15 min early), and ends at 11am.
