The staff is so attentive to everyone and the group of ladies (of all ages) are also friendly and helpful. The instructors I have had are well trained and I feel every class is authentic and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The techniques are well explained and the flow is perfect. The studio is well laid out, clean, and there is plenty of equipment (melt rolls, bolsters, blocks, belts, etc). Booking online is extremely convenient! And the massages with Jenna, heaven! First time I have a massage therapist who does not insist she has to hurt me to be helpful. Jenna has made my hip pain so much better...I highly recommend her to all...she is a true professional!
